6. ensure human resource can meeting the development of company business.

任职要求：
1. mechanical or electrical related, bachelor degree or above.
机械或电气相关专业，本科及以上学历
2. more than 8 years multinational manufacturing company background in process filed.
8年以上大型制造公司工艺经验
3. familiar with lean concept/ 6 sigma / ts16949 / 14000.
熟悉精益管理，6个sigma, 以及ts16949和14000.
4. more than 5 years team management experience.
5年以上团队管理经险
5. motor manufacturing process experience is preferred.
马达制造经验的优先。
6. good english listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
英文听说读写能力好。
