1.1.sourcing of new accountsfor international markets (incoming to and/or outgoing from china) to meet orexceed sales targets.
2.2.lead, inspire, motivateand provide oversight, day-to-day sales management, and guidance to the teammembers.
3.3.develops relationshipswith both local and international exhibition venue & organizer to positionsunway exhibition as a trusted business partner, as well as to generate salesleads.
4.4.responsible for all salesactivities including but not limited to sales calls/bids, develop creativeproposals, presentations, closed sales, follow up activities.
5.5.maintains open and ongoingcommunications with clients to ensure their needs and expectations areconstantly met or exceeded on schedule.
6.6.works closely with theproject management team (both off site and on site) to ensure projects aredelivered timely and meeting/exceeding clients’ expectations.
7.7.maintains currentknowledge of the tradeshow industry.
8.8.pro-actively providesfirst hand information to clients to assist in securing future business.
9.9.adheres to all companypolicies, sops and business ethics code.
10.10.business travel isrequired.
qualifications
1.1.diploma/bachelor’s degreein event management, marketing, business administration or related disciplines.
2.2.min. 5 years of experiencein the field of advertising, events & exhibitions, pr or related fields ispreferred.
3.3.results orientedindividual with proven sales success.
4.4.good team player withexcellent presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.
5.5.energetic, proactive,passionate and detailed minded.
6.6.self-motivated andpositive attitude.7.fluencyin written and spoken english and chinese.
