职位描述：
responsibilities:
• support business growth by providing proper funding through both onshore and offshore lenders
• perform cash and funding management through monitoring cash positioning; payment processing control; cash flow forecasting and reporting and ensure compliance with internal treasury policy
• monitor and communicate regulatory changes and their impact on the business to management and ensure compliance with external regulations
• participate in the company’s interest and fx management
• prepare material for monthly alco meeting
• maintain effective relationships with external lender and internal customers
• perform other related duties as assigned by management
qualifications:
• at least 5+years of treasury experience with multinational corporates or finance company
• understand of the chinese banking industry a, experienced with off-shore capital market is preferred
• familiar with regulatory environment and related regulations (safe, pboc, ndrc)
• experience with financial derivatives is highly preferred
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, high level of integrity, ability to work well under pressure, quick learner, self-motivator, results-oriented, and a team player
• experience with treasury systems is required.
• fluency in spoken and written mandarin and english
