Responsibility for the audit-compliant implementation of personnel matters concerning qualification, employee satisfaction etc. All tasks should be carried out under the premise of efficiency and security. Environmental, energy and quality issues must also be taken into account. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of HR data and management information. Ensure that HR activities comply with relevant local labour laws. Proactively communicate with appropriate internal departments. Maintain constructive employee relations by consulting on day to day bases in due consideration of company interests as well as employee concerns. Lead with HR support, people resourcing, engagement and management activity for the function, including: - Timely recruitment of qualified staff in sufficient numbers and selection of key team members; - Talent identification, training and development; - Manage and control people costs within agreed budgets; - Manage PDP process;
