Plant New product project management'1.1 Lead project team and ensure communication1.2 Create RFQ's to the suppliers according to the manufacturing concept1.3 Plan and control project budget1.4 Implement the machine/equipment projects according to the budget and time schedule1.5 Ensure correct project documentation1.6 Ensure the acceptances of the equipment and hand over to the production (ensure the cycle time, output, OEE as planned)1.7 Ensure suppliers deliver equipment-tools-fixtures-processes according to Presta requirements1.8 Manage and adjust own and teams workload continuously1.9 Coach less experienced project manager or, potentially, CMT specialists 2. Fixture management2.1 New project fixture check and accept2.2 continual optimization fixture2.3 Regularly organize fixture room and check fixture status, keep fixture good 2.4 Drawings upload in PLM
