To perform internal audit testing procedures to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the internal control environment across all business units and locations of the Company. The incumbent will participate as one of several audit team members responsible for executing audit testing procedures for their assigned audits. Audit testing procedures will be assigned to the incumbent in relation to their experience and background and will progressively increase in terms of either volume/workload or complexity as their experience increases. To complete their assigned testing procedures, the incumbent will be expected to perform the following, by working autonomously with limited supervision from more experienced audit team members (e.g., Auditor-in-charge): Learn the processes being audited.Plan own work to meet deadlines.Document all work performed.Work closely with other team members and auditees to assess risks and controls.Review results with auditee to vet findings.Communicate final audit results to direct supervisor.Follow-up on corrective action plan. The incumbent may receive a variety of special assignments such as assisting with internal administrative matters including, coordinating department activities related to training, all-employee meetings, assisting with audit methodology updates. Extensive global travel required (up to 50%) with no restrictions. Basic Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.3 to 5 years of professional experience.Top Candidates Will Also Have:Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, along with good listening skills.Very good planning, organizing, and analytical skills are essential to this position along with the ability and desire to learn quickly.Additional Information:This position can be located at multiple locations in China where applicable.
