Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:Ensure immediate clarification of all quality related issues arising at our customersInvestigate quality issues immediately at customer siteInform responsible quality engineer about detailsCollect all information that is requiredCo-ordinate all necessary activities within quality and production departments to get quick response customer questions/complaintsCo-operate with Quality engineer, sales and key account manager to decide about containment and corrective actionsProvide feedback to sales department / customer about all improvement actionsProvide customer related reportingRequired Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:Technical background (Bachelor ), experience in related industry preferredExperience in quality standards (ISO 9001, QS9000)Fluent in English and JapaneseStrong analytical skillsDecisiveness and social skillsAbility to represent the company to customersPCS experience preferred
