Your Responsibilities:- Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.- Stimulating continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures and implementing corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager.- Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.- Developing and implementing an innovative, competitive and economically sustainable product range and a corresponding portfolio strategy for the product groups in the field of responsibility on the basis of the business unit strategy.- Creating and holding product presentations at customer workshops in collaboration with Sales.- Market and competition analysis concerning ingredients and concepts relevant to specific product groups.- Monitoring revenue development and sales activities of the products in the field of responsibility in accordance with defined performance indicators (turnover, sales, market share etc.) and developing and conducting measures for improving the revenue situation in collaboration with Sales.- Providing support in defining the pricing strategy for selected product groups in consultation with Pricing and, if necessary, Sales.- Compiling production information in collaboration with R
