职位描述
Responsobilities:
a)Inhouse logistics layout, structure and equipment planning
b)Inhouse process planning and optimization with the objective of working efficiency and productivity improvement
c)Perform as QMS coordinator of internal and external audit such as VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
d)Forecast, plan and track the logistics investemnt, SGK and BNK.
e)Forecast and plan logistics headcount.
f)Analyze of material flow in the entire logistics process chain and implement appropriate measures to avoid deviations from process standards.
g)Support the various projects such as digitalization, environment, traceability and social responsibility etc.
h)Support KPIs build-up and implement improvement solution for deviations from target values.
i)Support inhouse logistic operation systems planning such as SAP, RFID, wireless system, Web-EDI, etc.
j)Implement and track purchasing process and build up supplier evaluation system.
k)Plan, implement and track KVPs and measures in Massnahmen@Web.
l)Coordinate and optimize PVS, blocked, scrap and market return material process and scrap application.
m)Participate in packaging management.
Qualifications:
Necessary education: Bachelor or above degree, major in logistics, mechanical engineering
Personal skills: Communication and organization ability, problem solving
Working experience (in years): 2 years or above in automotive or logistics business
Language skills: fluent in German or English
IT knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, VISIO
