Responsibilities： Supervision of the equipment for the analysis of samples (digital and scanning electron microscopes) Support in the development and industrialization of analytical methods Professional management and training of employees in sample preparation and standardized analyses Review and evaluate analysis reports and, if necessary, initiate further analysis steps Performing complex analyses on raw materials, intermediates and battery cells Statistic the experiment results and summarize know-how Supervision of the equipment for sample preparation (flowboxes, stamps,...) Qualifications： Master degree or higher in analytical chemistry, material chemistry or comparable studies Knowledge of technical cleanliness; at least 2-years experience in cleanliness laboratory Knowledge of analytical instruments, principle and application (IR, SEM-EDX, ICP-OES, XRF…) Good laboratory understanding, good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, German language skill will be considered as an advantage. Very good skills in MS Office.
