职位描述
• Coordinate with HQ about electromagnetic proposal and other technical topic.
• 协调总部进行技术对接；
• In charge of electromagnetic design include winding output/iron core design/Insulation/Parameter calculation and etc.
• 负责电磁设计包括（绕组、铁芯、绝缘及参数计算等等）
• In charge of catalogue/Specification output and maintained
• 负责发电机样本或规格书输出及维护
• Guide to understanding and analysis customer inquire, output proposal and datasheet.
• 指导分析客户的需求，输出方案或数据表；
• Guide to create test program and analysis the report for machine or component.
• 指导输出测试大纲，分析机器或者零部件测试报告
• Attend VAVE and improvement topic.
• 参加VAVE或各种改进项目
• Advanced technology research and related standard deep understanding and learning .
• 前沿技术研究及相关标准解读及掌握
任职资格：
1. More than 5 years’ experience on electric machinery industry.
5年以上电机行业工作经验
2. Synchronous machine design is preferred.
同步发电机设计经验从优
3. Bachelor or above, major on electric machinery or relevant electrical
本科及以上学历，电机与电器或相近电气专业
4. Good communication and present skill, Rigorous logical thinking;
良好沟通，演讲能力，逻辑思维缜密
5. Good team player with supporting and cooperation with other teams.
良好的团队协作，及人际交往能力
