- 入职后2周左右业务培训,预计会安排在上海/杭州门店
- 培训期间发基本薪资,没有业务提成
- 培训期间班次 11-8点/10-7点; 做五休二
- 上岗后班次:早中晚班: 10-7;11-8;1-10; 做五休二
Responsibility:
? Drive store performance and always strive for the highest results;
? Set, communicate and follow up on the company objectives;
? Ensure the store is reaching sales budget and goals;
? Follow up and maintain store operational standard regarding to SOP,and take actions where needed;
? Responsible to both new clients recruitment and retention by leveraging CRM tools;
? Plan and execute training/coaching in store level (product, service, store operations,etc.)
? Follow up on set action plans with a team of sales associates and reporting manager;
? Ensure that the visual standard is following the brand guidelines;
? Frequent communication with reporting manager and update when needed;
? Inspire your team by leadership and setting developmental strategies;
? Ensure all team members have enough knowledge to provide the clients with excellent service;
? On-site and on time coaching where needed.
? Ensure all team members are working by "The full treatment";
? Responsible for store staff performance review and development with succession plan.
Requirement:
? At least 3 years of store managing experience for a high-end/premium fashion brand. Responsible for daily sales, operations and people. Worked independently to meet organizational needs.
? Developing a team with 3 people or more to a higher position.
? Experience from training people in sales and service. Constantly secure that the whole team deliver service on a high level and above for all clients. Developed staff from basic service level to higher levels. Worked with client books and how to attract traffic to the store.
? Experience of analyzing sales figures, KPI, and take required actions. Take actions when needed. Worked with focus plans to improve the results and constant follow-ups.
? Sales-driven and result oriented. Focusing on ensuring sales and service can see the weaker points and how to improve them.
? Organized and service minded. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on delivering top service.
? Fluent in English (able to communicate and understand information from the brand)
? Proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook
