工作职责 • Team up with the HR team to assist in various HR functions and projects； • Assist in the recruitment cycle, including sourcing and selecting candidates for various roles across the organization; • Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies and tactics to attract and retain top talents; • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements, and to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles； • Create and maintain a talent pipeline by building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and internal/ external stakeholders; • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating databases, etc. • Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce; • Support the identification and analysis of training needs, and design and implement targeted training programs to address those needs; • Conduct market research and prepare benchmarking analysis on various HR topics; • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, contributing fresh ideas and insights； • Prepare HR reports on a regular basis for the management review; • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations and understand market best practices. 任职资格 • Final year graduates or recent graduates (including 2022 graduates) in Hong Kong with bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent majors, or with HR background; • Strong passion for a career in HR and a desire to learn and grow within the field; • Positive attitude, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). • Job applicants must hold valid Hong Kong visa for employment (such as Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, General Employment Policy, Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals, Quality Migrants Admission Scheme, etc) 截止日期：2024年09月15日 招聘人数：1人
