2、Establish product vision and strategy for the team
建立产品发展愿景和战略，并持续与设计团队、供应链团队沟通
3、Provide strategic direction, leadership, mentorship and inspiration to the design team, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement promoting professional growth and development of the team
管理、指引、激励整个设计团队，建立具有创新意识、团队协作、不断进取的团队氛围
4、Establish, maintain and nurture the design direction as well as ongoing fast turn product - to achieve the key goals of being “Technical, Inclusive and Classy”
指引并负责、无论是常规线，或是快反线，可以持续匹配“高能专业、包容实穿、格调飒爽“的产品策略
5、Partner with product team and marketing team while directing design approach to create compelling product stories on a seasonal and annual basis.
与产品团队、市场团队，共同打造季度/年度，具有用户吸引力的产品故事
6、Manage the design process budget, including design cost, to deliver on financial targets and KPI including gross margin, style complexity, seasonal concepting and ultimately sell-through of product
以产品成本、产品动销为目标，管理产品设计开发的全链路，包括但不限于：设计企划、成本管理、设计图稿、工艺交接、样衣开发、上市资料等，
7、Conceptualize and develop visual concepts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, ensuring they align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
与市场团队协作，依据品牌指引，管理第三方输出符合的品牌视觉、产品搭配、产品拍摄及陈列方案
任职要求:
1、服装设计相关专业本科以上学历，海外学习或工作经验优先
2、具备2年以上设计团队管理经验，运动服装行业经验优先
3、具有以消费者需求为导向的规划及决策能力
4、具有发现问题并解决问题，结果导向的执行能力
5、具备高端品牌或者新消费品牌的工作经验优先
6、热爱运动
