Your Responsibilities：
1、 Responsible for dedicated development which required to support new customer qualification and also to expand current capabilities.
2、 Strategy overview and lead project development on related technology, equipments and processes defined in roadmap or plans. (including resources arrangement)
3、 Co-work with R
