Recruitment
Together with the Area HR set the strategy for the recruitment according to the need and make the forecast to ensure a quality recruitment process with the right people in the right place on time.
• Together with the Area Team and store recruiters take responsibility for existing and new store positions recruitment
• Work with AHR make the recruitment forecast and budget plan accordingly to support the long- and short-term business needs
• Confirm the recruitment plan with Area Controller and Area HR
• Select and monitor recruitment channels to ensure our recruitment quality. Implement, facilitate and follow up a quality recruitment process
• Post vacancies in the most effective channel on time, select quality candidates and pass to store recruiters, ensure all applicants have a reply within 2 weeks
• Make accurate and objective candidate evaluations based on the job profile criteria and the specific demands for each position
• Analyze and follow up the recruitment KPI’s, the recruitment system and reports. Work with AHR take any necessary action to ensure the recruitment needs are completed on time
• All necessary files to payroll and key in new hiring form on time. Coach and follow up store recruiters handle the hiring procedure of new employees
