?Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
?Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
?Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues
?Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply
?Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
?Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation
?Identifying relevant quality-related training needs
?Ensuring inspection / testing and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated
?Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
?Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
?Writing technical and management system reports
?Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures
?Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods
?Jointly assessing suppliers' and own company's product specifications and customer requirements
?Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
?Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
?Considering the application of environmental and health/safety standards
Performance Metrics:
PPM, COPQ , Nonconformity stock, FPY.
Qualifications and Skills (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc.):
?University degree or above in Electronic, Engineering, Material or equivalent
?gas sensor Quality assurance, good English speaking, major in electronic a plus
?10 years of working experience and at least 3 years of QA department manager in multinational company
?Knowledge of quality systems, statistical measurements and quality tools/standards: TS16949, QS9000, FMEA, SPC. Process Flow Design, CP, MSA, PSW ,PPAP, APQP experience
?Eight D, Six sigma problem solving tools
?Various gage usage. Well know documents and records regulations
?Highly level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
?Results oriented and good team player.
?Good command of English, especially reading and writing
?Computer literacy.
