Job responsibility
- Serve as a strategic business partner to business leaders across oversea regions, understanding their needs and support local HR colleagues on recommending HR solutions.
- Provide guidance and input on global workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and people development strategies.
- Consult with regional HR teams to ensure local practices align with global company initiatives, policies and cultural values.
- Advise on HR implications of global mergers, acquisitions, market expansion and other business developments.
- Partner with managers on matters like employee relations, engagement, retention, talent mobility and change management.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of global HR programs such as leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
- Support standardization of core HR processes worldwide such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
- Identify HR service delivery models to enable organizational growth on a global scale.
- Coach and train HR business partners in regions worldwide to deliver excellent consultative services.
- Interpret global workforce analytics to provide business leaders with insights for strategic decisions.
- Act as an HR advisor on global projects and initiatives. Provide HR perspective on risks and considerations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and regional employment laws, practices, and cultures.
- Partner with Global Mobility team on international assignments and relocations.
- Serve as a point of contact between global HR Center of Excellence and regional HR teams.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred.
-5 years HRBP working experience in manufacturing industry, overseas HRBP experience is preferred.
-Strong communication and coordination skills, good at integrating resources to drive the achievement of goals.
-Strong ability to handle pressure, self-control, and motivation, as well as the capacity to build and manage a team.
-Good English speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities; able to manage international human resources issues.
