职位描述
We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket in Guangzhou.
Your tasks:
* Guangdong Hunan. Maintain business relationship with Key Channels;
implement company’s strategy of specialist channel development.
* Guarantee company’s profits and business quantities with Key Channels.
* Manage dealer input and output,negotiate orders,ensure sales KPI
* Help the company distributors to sell through the company parts, recommend
new product line to the distributors.
* Provide training to distributor sales team on product and business
knowledge to help them grow the sales.
* Manage Sales staff and push KPI to be achieved
* Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and
forecast.
* Cooperate with Product Marketing by providing competitors’ price, samples
and activities if necessary.
* Understand the VM specialist channel operation and competition status and
provide feedback and suggestions on fine tune TRW/ZF generalist channel
approaches.
* Specialist parts channel layout development
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in sales and marketing preferred;
* At least 5 years in sales position. Sales knowledge in auto aftermarket is
preferred;
* Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be
good at customer management;
* Results oriented, can work under pressure.
* Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player.
* English reading and business travel is a must.
* Good computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and
Powerpoint; good analytical skills and mindset.
