工作职责

* Masterdata requests processing.
* VAC.
* Bank key creation (if existing in SwiftRef table).
* Attend to SSF requests and inquiries.
* Returned/rejected requests and open items reporting.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis.
* Provide input and attend collaboration sessions with IC, O2C, S2P.
* Support SA in preparing monthly operational report and country call deck by
providing figures and input.
* Attend and actively participate in the country call.
* Attend sub-team meeting and provide valuable input.
* SD Update for countries handled.
* Support ICS controls activity (ie. Clarifying findings).
* Facilitate the following LMS elements WBS, Team Meeting.
* Participate in a working group.
* Lead/Participate in an innovation activity.

任职要求


* Graduate of any business related course, background in
Masterdata Operations is an advantage.
* Can speak, listen, read and write Korean language required in business
level.
* Good in MSO applications.
* Knowledge in operating SAP applications, is an advantage.
* Experience in a corporate set up, preferably in shared service organization
is an advantage.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexible and team player.
* Good work attitude.
