岗位职责：
5.1 Responsible for screw related automation introduction and improvement, it includes smart screwdriver equipment (Atlas/Desoutter), screw feeder, main controller programming, I/O connection and tuning, data transfer and platform of screw fasten result analyzing.
负责智能电批相关的设备的导入和改善，包括了阿特拉斯和马头等智能电批，螺丝供料机，中控，I/O连接，数据交互和系统平台的搭建

5.2. Based on Jabil JAG2.0 / Acura3.0 platform to integrate smart screw machine into this platform and monitor the real time running performance
基于JAG2.0/Acura3.0平台去集成智能电批幷监控运行状况

5.3. Work with process engineer to do the PFMEA and FA include but not limited below failure: screw crack, slip, not fasten in position etc. And make the corrective action and monitor the action result.
同制程工程师合作去制定PFMEA 和产生的坏机分析包括但不限于：螺丝断裂，滑牙，浮高等等并且针对坏像做出围堵改善措施幷追踪改善结果

5.4. Lead to do the smart screw driver’s maintenance, PM, verification and standardization
带领团队制定保养计划，日常保养，检验和标准化

5.5. Use SPC,CPK,CMK tools to Identify improvement opportunities base on the running data and drive for the results through the application of software optimization , automation, or other best practices in the screw fasten filed.
使用SPC,CPK,CMK等工具去分析电批运行参数和表现进而识别出改善机会去做硬件，软件方面的优化以更好的服务产线

5.6.Provide solid solution which is include the whole screw fasten system(hardware and software) to meet both internal and external customer requirement and make sure to deliver the best performance.
为外部和内部客户提供完整可靠的电批解决方案

5.7.Continuously iterate and upgrade the equipment data acquisition scheme together, formulate standardized documents, and introduce the latest data acquisition with Jabil standard
通过最新的数据分析持续的迭代和升级设备，更新标准文件和操作指引以更好的服务捷普

5.8. Lesson learnt and Standardize based on the implementation projects into cookbook, and train/coach related personnel to strength this technology is widely used in Jabil
基于过往的项目实施去总结经验教训，并且培训和认证我们的团队人员，不断的提高新技术在内部的传播


技能要求：

8.1 A minimum of 8-year relevant experience on smart screwdriver screw feeder setup, debug and maintain
至少 5 年在智能电批 螺丝给料机等智能电批安装、调试和维护经验的相关经

8.2 Familiar with the popular brand smart screwdriver such like Atlas, Desoutter etc.
熟悉知名品牌智能电批, 如阿特拉斯，马头等

8.3 Configure and optimize smart screwdriver fasten program parameters
配置和优化智能电批紧固程序参数

8.4 Setup, repair, maintain and calibration for smart screwdriver Screw feeder
智能电批 螺丝给料机的设置、维修、维护和校验

8.5 Familiar with trouble shooting for smart screwdriver Screw feeder
熟悉智能电批 螺丝给料机的故障排除

8.6 Work with process engineer on smart screwdriver I/O connect, setup, data transfer and debug
与制程工程师一起进行智能电批I/O连接，设置，数据传输和调试

8.7 Know the screw feeding and fasten solutions and selection
了解螺杆送料和紧固方案及选择

8.8 Know theory of screw fasten Screw feeder , able to calculate fasten friction, force, torsion specification
了解螺丝紧固 螺丝给料机原理，能计算紧固摩擦、力、扭规格

8.9 Able to use the common statistic and analysis tool, SPC, CPK, MSA etc.
会使用常用的统计分析工具SPC、CPK、MSA等

8.10 Able to analysis fasten curves and configure suitable limits
能够分析紧固曲线并配置合适的范围

8.11 Analysis daily fasten data from screwdriver DB and do continue improvement
分析螺丝刀DB的日常紧固数据并持续改进

8.12 Analysis fasten fail factors and take actions to improve screw fasten yield
分析紧固件失效因素，采取措施提高紧固件良率

8.13 Config and maintain smart screwdriver controller IP and network
配置和维护智能螺丝刀控制器IP和网络

8.14 Provide consulting and training to other teams
为其他团队提供咨询和培训

8.15 Prefer to use SQL to query screwdriver DB data
优先使用SQL查询螺丝刀的DB数据
