Mission/Position Headline:
Define, develop and execute vision, mission and strategies for SSME AT SCM in full alignment with AT HQ SCM and SSME AT management; Take full responsibilities for AT supply chain processes which include plan, source, make, enable, deliver and return; Produce and deliver high quality AT systems at 100% on time delivery rate; Continuously improve SCM competency, capacity and efficiency to be the top class of Healthineers SCMs meanwhile keeping cost competitiveness.
Areas of Responsibilties:
? Define vision, mission and strategies for SSME AT SCM in full alignment with AT HQ SCM and SSME AT management;
? Develop and retain talent people with high competency and morale to build high performance culture and team in SSME AT SCM;
? Stick to domestic and international quality standard and regulation; produce and deliver high quality AT systems to end users;
? Continuously optimize supply chain proess to improve delivery capacity, productivity and quality, to achieve delivery targets and consolidate future business growth;
? Improve material planning process to increase material availability and meet inventory target;
? Introduce new products into production to reach quality, cost and time target;
? Develop capable and reliable local suppliers to provide high quality and low cost components which shall be the core competency of SSME XP;
? Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
? At least 8 years cross functional experience in supply chain field, including sourcing, logistics, production, engineering, etc;
? Project management experience, especially new product phase in and old product phase out project;
? Above 5 years leadership experience.
