Your tasks:
* Make sure the routine finance operation in BJ branch.
* 确保北京分公司的财务日常操作，并协助完成上海的财务及分析工作
* Reimbursement validation and relevant authorized finance transaction
checking.
* 北京分公司报销原始凭证及相关授权的审核。
* Issue invoice for clients; submitting tax declaration and local financial
report on time.
* 给客户开票，及时提交纳税申报和地方财政报告。
* Branch voucher binding and filing.
* 分公司凭证装订，保管和管理
* Preparing for Beijing branch financial statements and analysis report.
* 编制分公司财务报表及相关的分析。
* Preparing for ZF expenses analysis report for department heads monthly.
* 每月为各部门领导提供费用分析报告。
* Preparing for Fixed assets reports monthly.
* 每月向各部门提供固定资产报告。
* Preparing for OES AR report and marine expenses report to SGP.
* 每月向新加坡提供OES 应收报告和海事费用报告。
* Preparing for overhead report monthly
* 提供费用报告给各部门。
