职责描述:
1.监督公司的财务运作;
2.负责财务报表及合并管理;
3.预算和现金流管理;
4.纳税申报单和税务合规报告,包括BAS;
5.对外会计服务的联络和管理;
6.加强和改进财务流程和程序;
7.领导和指导内部会计团队,包括海外会计团队;
任职要求:
1.精通英语和普通话
2.注册会计师资格
3.10年会计/金融领域工作经验/3 - 5年管理工作经验
4.领导能力和管理团队的经验
Main Role
To manage the finance department’s strategy and goals and find efficient ways of working and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
-Oversee the financial operations of the company;
-In charge of financial statements and consolidated management reports;
-Budgeting and cash flow management;
-Tax returns and tax compliance reports including BAS for a variety of entity types; ? Liaison and management of external accounting services provided by the external accounting and taxation consultants;
-Enhance and improve financial process and procedures;
-Lead and mentor the in-house accounting team including offshore teams
Requirements:
-Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
-CPA qualified
-10 years of demonstrated experience in Accounting/ Finance sector and 3 to 5 years’ experience a managing role
-Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience
-Leadership qualities and prior experience in managing a team
-Highly motivated and have the desire to achieve more
