MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate with staffing team members to complete yearly recruiting plan.
2. Interact closely with business department and provide satisfactory service to internal clients.
3. Understand the recruitment requests from business, handle recruitment case by individual.
4. Update and maintain Talent Pool information to improve CV re-use rate.
5. Update Internal Referral JDs, Recruiting Pipeline monthly. Collect and record staffing data/information from regions.
6. Support other key HR processes or projects

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree; More than 2 years of working experience in recruiting, MNC Retail, FMCG company is a plus;
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills; good data analysis skills;
3. Can manage time/task conflict at work;
4. Proactive and detailed person
5. A good team player
