职位描述
必须医疗行业背景,做代理商模式,主要接触代理商和销售和公司内部全流程,推动订单落地,入职后会培训有人带,后续独立负责,英语书写邮件即可, 3年以上,长期岗位,有转正机会,季度末工作强度会高一些,不太加班
薪资构成:税前12-15K,525饭补/月,13薪 10%bonus
工作时间:9:00-17:30周末双休
Position Summary:
Provide solid back office support to the front line sales team, optimize the practice of sales process and improve sales effectiveness for Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales team, work with CSR team to make order process smooth
• Help the team to conduct order status tracking
• New information set up, including new products, new sales rep and new dealer
• Manage goods return and exchange process
• Follow up complaint process and help to confirm credit from factory
• Manage consignment process
• Participant dealer inventory management/ dealer portal management
• Routine operation job including
 Sales forecast preparation with sales team
 Product information enquiry, including stock quantity, serial number and expiration date and etc.
 Feedback of shipment information, follow up daily cold chain complaints
 Update customs declaration on public folder
• Month end support, knowing status of each order and update with sales team
• Assist on monitoring order revenue and provide weekly sales report to NSM
• Other sales operation related process build up and follow up
• Ad hoc report requests and analytics
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication, analytical and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Excellent verbal and written English is plus
• Bachelor degree required and/or equivalent experience
