职位描述
61 Plan and execute sales visits (in-person or virtually) to both existing and prospective customers, including telesales activities
61 Enter all relevant data in CRM
61 Ensure complete and current client information (potential, tradelanes, decision makers, record communication, etc.)
61 Manage opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages, right size)
61 Review the portfolio sales performance and prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and sales reviews
61 Provide feedback on potential process improvements
61 Keep up to date with local market trends
61 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
61 Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined Air Freight Field Sales strategy
61 Creation of yearly sales planning for own customer portfolio
61 Develops customers via cross selling
61 Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers
61 Coordination with customer service, e.g. on quotations and booking follow-ups

4 Skills Required

61 Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
61 Strong communication skills
61 Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures


5 Experience and Qualifications

61 University graduated or above
61 Minimum 2 years FS experience in foreign freight forwarding company
