- Translation and interpretation (Chinese-English-Hungarian):
Provide high-quality translations of documents, emails, reports, and other written materials from one language to another, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Interpret spoken language during meetings, conferences, and other events, conveying messages accurately and effectively in required languages
Conduct online translations as needed, utilizing translation software and tools to facilitate the process
Research, collect and confirm industry terminology
- Document translation
Translate a variety of documents, including legal documents, contracts, technical manuals, instructions, marketing and other corporate materials, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to deadlines
Review and proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, spelling, punctuation accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
Submit translations to the management required for review if needed
- Coordination task
Coordinate tasks related to meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation
Write meeting summaries capturing key discussion points, action items and decisions made during the meetings
Distribute meeting summaries to internal and external colleagues or stakeholders as required, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Cross-cultural communication
Serve as cultural liaison, providing insights and guidance on cultural nuances and customs to facilitate effective communication between parties from different cultural background
