职位描述
Activities:
-Develop fuel cards customers around the existing network, especially for the external network including DODOs and 3rd party network
-Analyze existing Cards customer portfolio and summarize their demands outside COCO network, and introduce those volume to DODOs or external network
-Work in close relation with the DODO Operation team to develop new fuel cards customers around DODO stations (to bring more value to the partnership with these DODO stations)
-Maintain and develop good relations with 3rd party dealers, and design business model and process to eventually sign contracts
-Develop SFS offers for customers, and optimize supply chain with the support from SFS team
-Develop EV offers for customers, and design business and process with EV dealers
-Ensure regular contacts with the existing customers to keep aware of their satisfaction and expectations
-Continuously benchmark the market, collect information about the market trends, the competitors’ offers, the pricing,
-Responsible for the development and maintenance of key account customers, and complete the sales targets of fuel, non-fuel products and services
-Ensure credit customers to pay back on time and regularly invoice dealers
-Feedback customer needs and opinions to improve TotalEnergies Fleet Card products and services.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree holder or above
-Experience related to fuel retail and fleet cards is preferred
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, 2 years managerial experience is preferred
-Good level of English required
-Good knowledge of the Chinese environment and language
-Capacity of analysis that leads to action plan
-Good communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness and independent project operation capability.
