负责根据分公司银保目标和工作计划，制定相应的内外部训练计划，并协调相关部门和岗位的培训资源，完成分公司培训计划和任务；负责分公司培训相关资料、档案、记录的管理。
1. 根据业务策略和渠道需求，制定分公司内部和外部培训计划
According to business strategy and need, makemake internal and external training plan.
2. 依据培训计划，组织、实施内部培训；并支持和配合业务部门开展银行相关人员培训
Organize and carry out internal training, support and coordinate involved department in training.
3. 根据公司培训相关制度，建立分公司培训档案；实施日常培训管理
According to training rules, set up branch training files and carry out daily training.
4. 根据业务发展和管理的需求，协调培训资源，进行课程研发
Integrate training resources and develop traing program, to the management need.

岗位要求：
- 5年以上培训岗位工作经历
5 years training experience
- 有渠道销售或管理工作经验者优先；有讲师认证优先；
Those with channel sales experience, lecturer qualification certificate
- 具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力
Well communicative and expressive ability
- 具备较强的组织协调能力；有团队合作精神
Well organizing and coordinating ability, collaboration.
