Key responsibilities include:
· Support the global supply chain planning team in Purchase Order (PO) processing and maintenance, from point of notification of agreement with supplier to receipt of product into the relevant Horseware warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required, to support the extended supply chain function
· Liaise with in-region suppliers to gather master data and product information required to ensure smooth transition from supply base to Horseware distribution partners
· Create, collate and maintain the weekly operations meeting presentations
· Maintain and update supply chain data to ensure information is uptodate and accessible
· Ensure all activities comply with company policies and maintenance of complete and accurate records
About You:
· 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or analytical role is required
· Proficiency in English is necessary
· Experience in a supply chain environment with processes such as planning, procurement, inventory management and transportation is an advantage
· Experience with supply chain management software or ERP systems is desirable but training will be provided
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
· Proactive, self-motivated, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team
