岗位设置目的:This role is to lead daily reward operation, as well as to provide support on reward related scheme design and monitor rewards delivery to ensure SJF provide market-aligned total reward offerings to attract, motive and engage talents, as well as to support talent agenda to drive business mid/long term success.
岗位工作职责:
COMPENSATION
Lead market data survey participation, organizing and submitting data, analyzing returned data, reviewing salary structure, and making it fit for talent agenda as well as support business strategy
Lead in the operation of performance review and annual reward cycle(merit increase and annual bonus), support HRBP of these processes, as well as cascade down related policies with target participations, assist with the general administration of operation process, including but not limited to tracking completion rate, manage cost within budget etc.
Provide support in the short and long-term bonus scheme, incentive plan and other reward related projects
Participate and assist in the implementation and communication of reward schemes for HRBP/Operations and related target groups
Perform periodical analysis of compensation data behind compensation models – job evaluation analyses, salary differentiated investment, bonus investment ratio
Own related reward related policies, such as attendance policy, performance management policy, leave policy etc. to make policies are in line with local laws, practices, customs etc.
Provide consultation and education to the HRBP and related key stakeholders on all compensation programs, plans and processes
Work closely with related key stakeholders on daily reward operation, such as salary proposal for all changes
Build and maintain relationships with HR consultants as well as external providers

Optimize benefits schemes to attract external talent as well as retain internal key talent
GENERAL:
Provide support to HR project
Work closed with internal and external key stakeholders e.g. HR operations, HRIS, Finance, Sales Operation, salary survey providers, benefits providers to deliver reward agenda
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, at least 3 years experience in Reward sub function
Strong Functional Experience: Proven experience in reward disciplines but with ability to demonstrate penetrating strategic thinking.
Ability to take insights from data and translate into the reward agenda to influence the business.
Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
Analytical, logic-thinking, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment.
Experience in planning and orchestrating available resources, detail focus and hands on
