工作职责：
1、监控所有产品开发进程包括OE和RE，能保证按期完成；
2、各项资源协调和申请，把控资源使用情况，做好资源优先级排序和效率最大化；
3、轮胎/主机厂/汽车零部件行业，英文可以做为工作语言。

☒ To Develop and maintain a consistent RDI capacity planning strategy (RDI: Research Development Industry) ；
☒ To Define resource requirements for all teams dealing with RDI projects, ensuring that resources are aligned to customer’s specifications, and respecting Sentury internal standards。
