一、系统操作
1、定期登录管理界面,监控服务及状态,确保数据准确性;
2、从系统中生成和维护Excel报告,供内部使用和审计;
3、识别异常或服务中断,并上报相关部门。
二、支持和故障排除
1、响应有关API问题的支持调用或查询,包括使用系统日志跟踪问题;
2、与内部团队合作,及时诊断和解决API或服务相关问题;
3、与APG中国IT部门合作,解决连接或基础设施问题,确保服务中断最小化。
三、数据合规性和安全性
1、了解个人身份信息(PII)的原则,遵守法律法规;
2、确保在中国境外共享的任何个人身份信息符合法律要求,并正确记录和归档。
四、协调与沟通
1、作为当地运营和国际团队之间基础设施和系统更新的主要负责人;
2、提供有关系统性能和任何持续问题的清晰及时的更新。
任职要求:
一、工作经验和技能
1、2年以上IT运营、维护或管理经验;
2、能够分析日志和跟踪系统问题,具备基本的操作系统维护能力者优先;
3、熟练掌握Excel,生成报告和分析数据;
4、具备较好的组织能力和严谨性。
二、监管知识
1、熟悉中国的数据隐私法,包括个人身份信息的处理。
2、能够确保与国际团队共享数据时的合规性。
三、沟通技巧
1、精通中英文,与当地和国际团队进行有效沟通。
2、有较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够有效支持其他部门的工作。

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations and Support Administrator to manage daily system operations and provide technical and administrative support for Blue Ribbon Bags (BRB) services in China. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of the admin interface, handle API-related queries, liaise with infrastructure teams, and maintain compliance with data regulations. This role requires a mix of operational support,
troubleshooting, and regulatory awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
System Operations
● Regularly log in to the admin interface to monitor services, statuses, and ensure data accuracy.
● Generate and maintain Excel reports from the system for internal use and audits.
● Identify and escalate anomalies or service interruptions to the appropriate teams.
Support and Troubleshooting
● Respond to support calls or queries regarding API issues, including tracing problems using system logs.
● Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve API or service-related issues promptly.
● Work with APG-China IT to address connection or infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Data Compliance and Security
● Understand the principles of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and ensure compliance with Chinese regulations.
● Ensure any PII shared outside China adheres to legal requirements and is properly logged and documented.
Coordination and Communication
● Act as the primary liaison between local operations and international teams for infrastructure and system updates.
● Provide clear and timely updates on system performance and any ongoing issues.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience
● 2 years of experience in an operations, support, or administrative role.
● Ability to analyze logs and trace system issues (basic technical aptitude preferred).
● Proficiency in Excel for generating reports and analyzing data.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing system operations and compliance.
Regulatory Knowledge
● Familiarity with data privacy laws in China, including handling of PII.
● Ability to ensure compliance when sharing data with international teams.
Communication Skills
● Proficiency in both Chinese and English for effective communication with local and global teams.
● Strong problem-solving and customer service skills to handle support calls efficiently.
Working Conditions:
