MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
● Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions for feedback issues.
● Collect feedback on product quality and service, continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, and drive ongoing improvements in the company's quality and service.
● Actively support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new products for emerging markets and key customers to ensure satisfaction.
● Review warranty parts to ensure the timely supply of necessary components for resolving client issues.
● Review repair work orders, provide feedback, and finalize cost settlements.
● Organize communication meetings with the service team to maintain smooth communication.
● Plan and implement major projects, form relevant project teams, address unexpected issues as they arise, and ensure successful delivery of results.
● Collect quality information and related data on components, and assist the quality assurance and procurement departments with supplier quality improvement and claims.
● Conduct after-sales data analysis, complete metric statistics, and prepare reports.
QUALIFICATIONS 任职条件
● Over 5 years of experience in a refrigeration equipment manufacturing factory, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
● Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in refrigeration engineering or a related field.
● Professional Skills: Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D and KT.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
● Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
