Responsibility,
* Development, maintenance, and enhancement of team's marco.
* Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
- 4PL Customer experience management
- Milestone update
- Customer onboarding and relationship management
- Reporting and more
* Troubleshoot and resolve the problems.
Require,
·Minimum 2 years of experience in VBA.
·Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics – Added Advantage
61Excellent command written English.
61Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
