With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage! 岗位职责 1.商家营销策略制定:基于平台整体经营目标,围绕用户转化、增长及商家收益等关键指标,设计可落地的商家侧营销活动策略; 2.价格力定价方案设计:综合考虑影响价格的关键要素,通过定价策略、补贴策略等多种手段,提升消费者的价格感知竞争力,同时保障商家经营的收益底线健康可持续; 3.数据驱动策略优化:结合用户行为数据、商家运营数据及活动效果指标,进行深入分析,定期评估策略执行效果,并持续优化调整; 4.跨部门协作与项目管理:与产品、销售运营等团队紧密协作,推动策略在各环节的有效执行,保障策略从制定到落地的闭环管理; 5.市场机会洞察:关注行业趋势与市场变化,分析市场玩家的价格与营销策略,识别业务风险与机会点,及时调整策略动向。 1.Merchant Marketing Strategy Development:Design executable merchant-side marketing activity strategies aligned with overall platform business goals, focusing on key metrics such as user conversion, growth, and merchant revenue. 2.Pricing Competitiveness and Discount Strategy Design:Formulate pricing and subsidy strategies by comprehensively evaluating key pricing factors. The objective is to enhance consumers’ perceived price competitiveness while ensuring merchants' sustainable and healthy profit margins. 3.Data-Driven Strategy Optimization:Conduct in-depth analysis by integrating user behavior data, merchant operational data, and campaign performance metrics. Regularly assess strategy effectiveness and drive continuous optimization and adjustments. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management:Work closely with Product, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies at all stages, delivering full-cycle management from strategy design to implementation. 5.Market Opportunity Insights:Monitor industry trends and market dynamics. Analyze competitors’ pricing and marketing strategies to identify business risks and opportunities, and proactively adjust strategic directions as needed. 岗位基本需求 1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、经济学等相关专业优先,3年以上互联网、电商、O2O平台等行业的产品运营经验。 2.较强的逻辑思维、策略建模与数据分析能力,能够独立完成策略方案制定与效果评估。 3.熟练使用数据分析工具,如SQL 等,有Power BI等可视化工具经验者优先。 4.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调与项目推进能力,有跨职能团队合作经验。 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations, strategy, or related roles in the internet, e-commerce, or O2O industries. 2.Strong logical thinking, strategic modeling, and data analysis skills. Able to independently develop strategy proposals and conduct performance evaluations. 3.Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL. Experience with visualization tools like Power BI is preferred. 4.Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with proven experience in cross-team collaboration. 岗位亮点 初创业务,能够参与业务早期的规划设计和关键项目落地; 境外团队,可以和来自26个国家的成员一起工作,体验多元工作环境;
