Job Description:
- Responsibility for all financial and management reports in conformance with Group practice and procedures (FAM) as well as specific company requirements.
- Follow up and analysis of product costing as well as of functional and all other relevant costs.
- Implement and develop the Planning Process.
- Actively Participate in company result presentations in board, executive and management meetings.
- Establish internal policies and procedures.
- Work in coordination with Division Controllers regarding Product and Sales company issues as required.
- Handling of internal and external auditing requirements.
- To be proactive, with a core business and customer focus, making sure that red flags are highlighted and that action plans are put in place
- Pro-actively assist the Business Line Management with ad-hoc analyses of the activities and support management to make effective business decision
- To implement and promote all sections of “The Way We Do Things” throughout the company.
To succeed, you will need
- At least 5 years working experience in finance or Controller position in multi-national company.
- Have a University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- PC literate and good knowledge of English.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP.
- Strong team leadership, business, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with wide range of people.
