Preferred: Experience with testing management. 9.Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills. 10.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings 岗位职责： 1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation for test related issues (capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc) 2. ICT, BFT fixture development, test script coding and test plan development 3. Set up and optimize the testing station/process for NPI and mass production 4. SOP standard document creation
