We are a leading battery manufacturer offering a range of lead-acid and lithium battery solutions for electric 2/3-wheelers, energy storage, and power systems. With rapid overseas expansion, we are looking for a results-driven sales professional to help us grow our presence in the Turkish market.
🎯 工作职责 / Responsibilities
- 开发并维护土耳其市场的经销商与客户网络
- 制定销售计划,完成销售目标,扩大产品覆盖率
- 对接本地电动车、电池渠道商,挖掘合作机会
- 跟踪行业动态,提供市场反馈与竞争分析
- 与总部销售与技术团队协作,推动产品落地
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local distributors and key clients in Turkey
- Achieve sales targets and expand product penetration across the region
- Build strategic partnerships in the battery and electric mobility sectors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Work closely with HQ sales and technical teams to ensure localized support
✅ 任职要求 / Requirements
- 至少3年电池、电动车或相关能源产品销售经验
- 熟悉土耳其本地的电动两轮/三轮车、电池或储能市场
- 流利的英语沟通能力,能与总部协作无障碍
- 能接受出差,有独立开拓和项目管理能力
- 有当地渠道资源者优先考虑
- Minimum 3 years of experience in battery, e-mobility, or related energy product sales
- Deep understanding of Turkey's EV, battery, or storage market
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Willing to travel and capable of independent market development
- Existing distributor or customer network is a strong advantage
