Summary: Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team of professionals to complete assigned projects or programs.
Responsibilities:
61 Define, plan and manage project objective goals and milestone activities.
61 Manage and direct a cross functional team consisting of multiple disciplines.
61 Manage and coordinate activities between departments to meet product development requirements.
61 Manage automation design cost targets and long term strategy as set by Senior Management staff.
61 Simultaneously set priorities/direction for multiple programs in development.
61 Act as the interface to integration, SBU functions or site team management.
61 Generate/facilitate documentation per engineering procedures.
61 Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
61 Excellent program time management skills.
61 Excellent leadership skills.
61 Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required for project or program completion.
61 Experience in managing business process development, planning and negotiations.
61 Good communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to motivate, facilitate cross functional team members in international, multi-cultural environment..
61 Attention to detail, drive for results
61 Demonstrated skill in mechanical software Pro/E, Solidwords and software Project.
Education/Experience:
61 Bachelor’s Degree in related automation.
61 Fluent English speaking is required
61 Experience/knowledge in automation development processes.
61 Priority if PMI Certification
61 5 years experience in a similar position.
