职位描述
职责描述:
· Identify, pursue, and secure OEM and ODM faucet manufacturing programs with U.S. customers
· Manage full-cycle B2B sales: lead generation, technical presentations, proposal creation, quoting, and contract closure
· Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in Vietnam to align customer requirements with production capabilities
· Support clients through product development lifecycle including FMEA, PPAP, tooling, testing, and launch
· Build long-term relationships with sourcing, product development, and executive teams at target accounts
· Provide input on U.S. market trends, product opportunities, and account strategies
· Track opportunities, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records via CRM
任职要求:
•5 years of sales or account management experience in faucets or plumbing fixtures
•Strong understanding of OEM/ODM business models, product development, and tooling
•Proven success in managing long-cycle sales and high-MOQ manufacturing partnerships
•Experience working with sourcing or engineering teams at major brands or wholesalers
•Comfortable working across time zones and cultures (Asia/U.S.)
•Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (factory visits, trade shows)
