工作职责:
84 负责实验室信息化项目的整个生命周期，包括需求分析、规划、实施、测试、发布和维护，满足实验人员在项目管理、实验记录、资源管理、数据可视化方面的需求；
84 负责实验室信息化系统的质量管理，实现信息化系统全生命周期的质量保障，并满足计算机化系统验证管理要求；
84 以系统质量管理角色参与系统的运维阶段活动，保障系统运维过程中各项活动，如变更、事件、偏差等，符合质量管理的要求；
84 负责客户或机构对项目相关信息化系统的审计工作；
84 负责产品的更新管理，熟悉软件项目管理、软件测试与部署相关过程；
84 负责自定义功能的自主源码开发或使用低代码平台进行应用开发。
84 Responsible for the entire lifecycle of laboratory informationization projects, including requirement analysis, planning, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance, to meet the needs of laboratory personnel in project management, experiment recording, resource management, and data visualization
84 Responsible for the quality management of laboratory information systems, ensuring the quality assurance of the entire lifecycle of information systems, and meeting the requirements of computerized system verification management
84 Participate in the operation and maintenance activities of the system as a system quality management role, ensuring that all activities during the system operation and maintenance process, such as changes, events, deviations, etc., meet the requirements of quality management
84 Responsible for auditing project related information systems by clients or institutions
84 Responsible for product update management, familiar with software project management, software testing, and deployment related processes
84 Responsible for independent source code development of custom features or application development using low code platforms
任职资格:
84 本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业或药物相关专业或数学相关专业；
84 3年及以上信息化产品管理经验或信息化团队管理经验；
84 1年及以上药物研发行业信息化系统验证经验；
84 掌握至少一门编程语言，如python, Java；
84 熟练使用AI编程工具；
84 优秀的团队沟通和人际沟通能力，善于跨部门协调。
84 Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer related, pharmaceutical related, or mathematical related fields
84 3 years or more of experience in information product management or information team management
84 At least 1 year of experience in validating information systems in the pharmaceutical research and development industry
84 Master at least one programming language, such as Python, Java
84 Proficient in using AI programming tools
84 Excellent team communication and interpersonal skills, adept at cross departmental coordination
