一、岗位职责: 1、市场开拓与客户开发:负责开拓区域的压裂设备、钻机、连续油管及固井等设备市场,挖掘潜在客户,建立并维护客户关系; 管理客户信息,确保客户资源、设备档案的完整性和准确性;定期拜访客户,了解市场需求,推动销售线索转化为商机; 2、销售与合同管理:通过与客户的沟通,挖掘客户需求,提供适合的产品解决方案,引导客户达成购买意向;负责合同谈判、签订及后续的产品交付工作,确保客户满意度;跟踪订单执行情况,协调内部资源,确保按时交付; 3、货款回收与风险管理:负责回收在外货款,定期与客户对账,防范货款风险,减少货款损失;主动为结清客户办理结清手续,确保货款及时回笼; 4、后市场业务开发:围绕压裂设备、钻机、连续油管及固井等设备客户,开拓后市场业务,管理配件清单,挖掘客户配件需求;开展潜在的设备维修、改造业务,提升客户粘性。 【1、Market Development and Client Acquisition: Responsible for developing markets for fracturing equipment, drilling rigs, coiled tubing units, and cementing equipment within the assigned region. Identify potential clients, establish and maintain customer relationships. Manage client information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer databases and equipment records. Conduct regular client visits to understand market demands and convert sales leads into business opportunities. 2、Sales and Contract Management: Communicate with clients to identify their needs, provide suitable product solutions, and guide them towards purchase decisions. Responsible for contract negotiation, signing, and overseeing subsequent product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Track order execution and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery. 3、 Accounts Receivable and Risk Management: Responsible for recovering outstanding payments. Conduct regular account reconciliation with clients to mitigate payment risks and minimize financial losses. Proactively complete clearance procedures for settled clients to ensure timely fund recovery. 4、Aftermarket Business Development: Focus on clients of fracturing equipment, drilling rigs, coiled tubing units, and cementing equipment to expand aftermarket business. Manage spare parts lists and identify customer needs for parts. Explore opportunities for equipment repair and modification services to enhance customer retention and loyalty.】 二、任职要求: 1、市场营销、机械、石油类、小语种等相关专业,有3年及以上石油压裂类产品销售工作经验、有石油行业客户资源者优先; 2.具体较强的市场开拓及客户管理能力,能及时发现、挖掘客户需求,为其听适合的产品解决方案;有良好的人际沟通与协调能力,具备较强的抗压能力,能够适应长期在客户现场工作; 3.英语、俄语、西语、法语等,熟悉其中一门语言,熟悉当地市场环境、法律法规。 1.Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a relevant foreign language major. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in oilfield fracturing equipment. Candidates with existing client resources in the oil and gas industry will be given priority. 2. Skills and Competencies: Strong abilities in market development and customer relationship management. Capable of identifying and uncovering customer needs in a timely manner and providing suitable product solutions. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with strong stress tolerance and the ability to work on-site with clients for extended periods. 3.Language and Regional Expertise: Proficiency in one of the following languages: English, Russian, Spanish, or French. Familiarity with the local market environment, including relevant laws and regulations.
