61 The position builds relationships with a dedicated customer portfolio while acting as a coordinator and a primary contact for Sales Operations.
61 Collaborate with functions such as Customer Service, Receivables, Supply Chain, etc to enable comprehensive support of the Sales team as well as unique customer needs or issues.
61 Opportunities to drive improvements in automation, communication clarity, and process efficiency to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
61 Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and internal business units.
61 Sales Process and Operational Coordination
Manage internal sales processes and respond to external customer requests (e.g., samples, documentation, surveys). Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Receivables, etc to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
Take full ownership of escalated sales activities, including supply resolutions, CFBs, product returns, and disputes.
Key Activities includes:
- Volume forecast, allocation
