1、负责在建工程土建专业设计及施工管理。

2、负责跟踪全厂总图设计。保证各个建筑单元之间的距离符合安全间距要求。
In charge the plot plant designation. Ensure the safety distance between each building unit.
3、确保各建筑单体设计图纸的跟踪和更新。
Ensure design drawing match SNF requirement and GB code. Design update for any changes during
construction.
4、负责土建工程的招标工作，编制并审核招标文件，做好工作量核实及预算。
Be responsible for the bidding work of civil engineering projects, prepare and review the bidding
documents, and do a good job in verifying the workload and budgeting.
5、跟踪建筑单体的设计及施工过程符合建筑规范质量要求。
Ensure the design and construction quality meet with the relative GB Code.
6、负责与工艺及电仪一起组织、协调工作量和任务。
Organizes and coordinates workload and tasks with process and E/I.
7、保证建设工程施工期间的作业安全。
Ensure the safety of constructions and works safety.
8、 负责施工进度的跟进，组织并参与项目的竣工验收及移交工作。
Following up on the construction progress, organize and participate in the completion acceptance
and handover of the project.
