80作为核心团队成员,协同内部及供应商设计团队,主导并按时交付LED消费灯具、智能灯具及LED 产品(集成传感、音频、健康等附加功能的LED照明产品)项目。
80As a core team member, collaborate with internal and supplier design teams to lead and deliver LED consumer fixtures, smart fixtures, and LED products (LED lighting with added functions like sensing, audio, wellness, etc.) on schedule.
80负责产品开发全流程工作,包括产品工业设计、系统设计与建模,以及电气、机械与光学设计。
80Responsible for end-to-end product development, including industrial design, system design and modeling, as well as electrical, mechanical, and optical design.
80主导产品从概念设计、产品验证、认证、技术评审到里程碑节点直至量产的完整开发流程。
80Lead the entire product development process, from concept design, product validation, certification, and technical/milestone reviews through to mass production.
80擅长将市场需求转化为技术要求,精通产品对标分析与价值链评估,具备产品创新思维及新产品定义能力。
80Skilled in translating market demands into technical requirements, proficient in product benchmarking and value chain analysis, with a mindset for innovation and new product definition.
80熟悉六西格玛设计(DFSS)及可靠性设计(DFR)工具者优先。
80Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Design for Reliability (DFR) tools is a plus.

80Work with the commercial team to address customer needs and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Sourcing Teams on product development.

*职位要求:
80工程类本科及以上学历或同等经验,电子、机械或计算机科学专业背景优先。
80BS or higher in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science.
80英语口语及书面表达流利。
80Fluent in both spoken and written English.
80具备消费电子行业经验,有照明相关经验者更佳。
80Experience in consumer electronics industry; lighting-related experience is highly preferred.
80具备团队领导能力,能在全球化、多元文化及跨学科环境中高效工作。
80Demonstrated team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in global, multicultural and cross-disciplinary environments.
80 熟悉产品测试及认证标准(如UL/CE/FCC等)。
80Knowledgeable in product testing and certifications (e.g. UL/CE/FCC).
