Achieve sales targets through drug store or end-user education.实现销售指标。
Establish a sales plan and schedule activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划。
Monitor and manage pricing among clients.控制预算。
Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训。
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers while building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.与客户保持良好的关系。
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.及时反馈市场信息给各类部门，以调整各项策略。
Sr. Retail Sales Representative: Drive and deliver client education independently.能够独立进行客户沟通及店员教育。
Retail Sales Specialist: Play an independent role in client management and support DSM in coaching the team for product learning and client data analysis.能够独立进行客户管理，支持地区经理的管理工作，如对团队成员进行产品知识培训、销售数据和客户数据分析等。

Education level: Higher than college degree (大专以上文化程度).
Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.良好的领导能力，口头和书面表达能力，沟通能力，解决问题能力。

Relevant working experience in the OTC or FMCG sectors within the multinational retail industry:
Retail Representative (Junior): No working experience required, but a medical/clinic education background is preferred.无需工作经历，医疗教育背景优先。
Retail Representative: At least 1 year of experience, typically managing 100 drugstores.至少一年，***管理过100家药店。
Senior Retail Representative: At least 3 years of experience in retail sales function.至少三年零售销售经验。
Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years of experience in retail sales function.至少四年零售销售经验。
