Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with Recruiters to manage recruitment process including candidate sourcing, phone screen, interview arrangement, offer negotiation
• Maintain and utilize Talent Pool by various recruitment tools.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights for influencing related stakeholders.
• Participate in various of TA projects like University Relations
• Other ad-hoc tasks requested by Supervisor
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree and above
• 1-3 years of Recruitment/HR experience in Agency (Headhunter/RPO) or in-house TA, experience in the industry of Automation would be a plus.
• Be familiar with key recruitment channels
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Fluency Chinese and workable English skills
• Fluent verbal English and native Cantonese would be a plus
