职位描述
1. 负责维护客户合作关系,做好各项服务工作,包括但不限于协助客户办理投保、理赔、保全等手续;Responsible for developing strong relationship with customers and providing various service work, including but not limited to assisting customers in renewal, claims, adjustment and other procedures;
2. 处理客户投诉,及时解决纠纷,维护公司形象;Handle customer complaints, resolve disputes in a timely manner, and maintain the company's image;
3. 建立维护客户或经纪公司合作关系,推进合作业务进程;Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients or brokers, and promote the progress of cooperative business;
4. 积极开展职域业务,挖掘客户需求,开发和积累客户资源;Actively carry out worksite business, explore customer needs, develop and accumulate customer resources;
5. 完成公司及部门交办的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department.
